I haven't had mine for a long time and it's been knocking. The metal around and the flat pin inside the charging port on the back of the fan is cheap! The flat pin is curved and along one side of the metal surrounding the pin it should be thin aluminum as it wedges fairly easily. I think that was biased from the start because I'm very careful to make sure the charging cable is going in the right direction. Now everything is very loose, so charging the fan is difficult and untimely. I have to wiggle the cable and check it while it's charging just to make sure it's still charging. If not, I'll have to adjust the cable to keep it charged. It would be nice if the seller would exchange it as it is a defect as well as what makes it rattle. Although the return date of the goods has already passed. At the moment I would not recommend it. If the seller wants to replace it, I'll be happy to write a new review. At the moment that's all I can say.
