These are HIGH QUALITY frames and I am very happy with my purchase. where to start The frames are well constructed, durable and have a perfect black matte finish. Tempered glass is clean, clear and easy to work with, most importantly thanks to its soft, machined edges. Of course, you need to clean the glass thoroughly before framing, but don't worry about cutting yourself in this frame when handling the glass. Honestly, can there be tempered glass frames now? In my opinion this is a great feature. In terms of packaging, the items are incredibly well protected. Bubble wrap, foam inserts over glass, foam corner bags, and thick cardstock. Hell, I'm pretty sure you can throw these boxes out a second floor window and they'll survive. You get two matte sizes, hanging pins, and even a bubble level! The instructions are clear and well presented. Even the sample images you receive can be used as-is! There is one pictured (red phone box) and one not shown with the Eiffel Tower. The only problem I had was that I used them on photos that already came with double mats that were a bit thick. The extra thickness made it difficult to insert the locking clips into the slot at the back of the frame. I had to use a heavy duty screwdriver to pry off the corners, but I managed. In the worst case, you'll have to file off a bit of cardboard around each clip. In any case, I don't think it's a personnel problem at all. Keep this in mind if you have very thick carpets. I will definitely buy ONE WALL frames again.
