The thing looks like milk but smells like solution! My two Boston Terriers, which I inherited in November, used the entire backyard as a tray. However, we wanted to have a "movie night" and the only place big enough for our screen was the backyard. But oh the smell! This stuff works so well! We wait for dark to fall (since it's 100 degrees during the day and we spray the backyard REALLY WELL with a garden hose sprayer, we then take the plain greens that we put in a 1 gallon pump sprayer (the kind used for fertilizer and bug spray is used) give and spray all surfaces very well. That's it! Spray with water for 5-10 minutes and then apply this coat and the odors are gone! And it's so cheap. I bought a gallon of this and a gallon of a different variety and this one costs almost 1/3, and does the trick. So I think we'll stick with it! By the way, we have flagstone, river rock, astroturf, wood tile, and pebble that we spray with it. I'm so glad my backyard has come back !
