It was a very quick manicure! I've never used buffing strips before so I tried them and they were great. I used a silicone makeup applicator and a nail tool to apply them. It's all about the makeup applicator. I used the small mini files that come with the kit and filed only the free edge of the nail lightly to block access. There are no wrinkles, no problems with gluing either. I used a gel top coat and cured it to make it easier to wear. I'll update if this doesn't take long, but I'm very happy with how quick it was, it took about 20 minutes from start to finish (including gel polish curing time!). The set I used: There is some glitter in the clear polish, and the heart and polka dots are adorable in real life. Other sets would be nice too I think. Very happy!
