I have bought many, many pillows to help with my migraines and neck arthritis. Either they work from the start or they don't. Those that work in the beginning don't always work in the long run. I'm not sure if it's my body or the quality of the product. However, this was amazing due to the ability to regulate the amount of air in the pillow. Only used it for 2 nights but as my title says so good. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it smelled TERRIBLE upon unpacking! I barely used it the first night but was itching to try it. I've left it open (no pillowcase) and sprayed it with Fabreez many times and it still smells. It's NOT a moldy smell but I can't explain how it smells. The reason I didn't rate the comfort is that after only 2 nights and past disappointments I can't say for sure but I'm hopeful. For now I would recommend this product.
