16g 7mm - nose piercing about a year, fully healed when I switched to a titanium post. This is the first time I've changed my straight post to a hoop, so not much to say. My nose hurts a little from poking and pulling to get it in. I was finally able to coax the tire and it fits the tire size perfectly, but at 16g it feels like it's a bit larger than other gems I've had in the past. Only time will tell if my nose adjusts or if I end up having to remove the bracket and replace it with my old straight pin.
