We have had this bike for less than a month and the brake has already shifted (see video) making it unusable. The seat height adjuster is too firm to adjust, although the seat is loose and wobbly and there's no way to hold the seat forward, it slides while driving and almost throws its rider off when turning. Right out of the box the steering wheel bell broke, but I took that as a first impression, most likely because of the little fingers. It turned out that the bike was actually scrap. My 5 year old girl was so excited to get this brand new beautiful bike for her birthday and went to great lengths to put the letter stickers provided on the bike just like that. Also, she kept it hidden when not in use. This is a big disappointment for this old 3 week old bike which is already a pain.
