WE ordered it at the end of January 2019. At first it worked fine, but then it started to fail. We noticed that the contents of the drum did not heat up. It no longer heats the entire duvet, only the bottom half of the duvet. It started a few weeks ago, just after Revane didn't get a chance to return. We have treated it with care and stored it carefully on the drum when not in use. At the moment it's a waste of money. Is there a direct manufacturer warranty that lasts longer than a few weeks?
