As a former head of the hospital environmental team, I've always looked for cleaning methods based on the "work smart, not hard" principle. This product is generally good if you don't expect miracles from brushes alone. You need to use chemicals with these brushes to get a good cleaning. (Please excuse the horribly dirty door in my son's room, it's gross, but it gave me an opportunity to really test this product.) You can see in the before and after photos that they clean up pretty well. without scratching the paint if you use the right cleaning brush. (NOTE:) The instructions are not 100% accurate on which brush to use. One part states that the 5-inch brush is "soft" and won't scratch surfaces. If you read on it says that the same 5 inch brush is "hard" and can't be used on certain surfaces - there is only one 5 inch brush so be careful not to use that brush on soft surfaces to use. I really like the collapsible bucket; However, the lid is made of very cheap, thin plastic. The plastic at the bottom of the bucket is better and more durable. The good thing about this product is that it saves me elbow work because it cleans faster and cleans the surface in less time than I do when cleaning by hand. (NOTE) - When using cleaning chemicals, the rapid rotation causes detergents to be flung onto surrounding surfaces, so you may need to cover surrounding areas if you do not want detergents to be flung onto them. Overall I like it and would recommend this product for a quicker clean.
