I have Ethercon cables from various brands including a good quality SoundTools cable (which is a reliable workhorse as it should be). However, I also bought one of these Lyx Pro cables and am very happy with it. First, it skips phantom power, which some other brands don't do. This is important for me. Second, it's flexible, which some other brands don't have. That is also very important to me. I'm not a fan of the blue color, but it helps distinguish it from other cables, so it's not a big deal. In a nutshell. I liked the 50 inch models I tested and just bought 3 more.
