Review on π§Ό Efficient LG Electronics 4866ER0004A Washer Balance Counterweight for Balanced and Stable Laundry Cycles by Tim Purdie
Item broken after only 3 months
I bought this counterweight to replace the original one that came with the LG washing machine. The initial counterweight made a loud washing noise and the cement in the weight fell out. I'm replacing the cargo with this one I bought from Revain. When I received it I noticed a crack in the cement of the new counterweight but I installed it anyway. The noise has stopped and the machine has been running flawlessly for a few months. Now the sound is back and more cement falls out. The new counterweight didn't last more than 4 months. I will see from another review their weight cracked too. I guess I should have returned it when I got it back in November. Do not take this product if cracked.
