I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

I bought it to work in tandem with a laptop via BT (projects) and at the same time through a "whistle" - with customizable equipment. In addition, I often need to work at home in the evenings, so I was looking for a quiet mouse. Here, I found it.
At first I doubted that it would be suitable for designing because of the low resolution, but in vain - everything is perfectly drawn, positioning both in position and on the wheel is very clear. I recommend.

Pros

1. Quiet. In fact, a loud click is heard only when you press the additional side buttons. Everything as promised by the manufacturer 2. Comfortable (for a laptop) lies in the hand, I work for several hours in a row - the hand does not get tired 3. Works well on "wrong" surfaces, from matting on the couch at home to glossy/variegated/dusty surfaces at work sites 5. It positions the wheel well, Xiaomi wrote off the previous one precisely because of it, the wheel, free scrolling, when it was impossible to clearly "catch" the desired scale or position of the drawing 4.
