My dining room has high ceilings and is a walk-through between the living room and the kitchen. I bought it to add some light in the evenings and at night as the chandelier is too powerful to stay on all the time. This lights up the space just enough for us all to see without tripping over our pets who love lounging on the dining room rug. Easy installation, excellent value for money. Suitable for indoor lighting when the ceiling light is left on, wasting electricity. Very compact, so it doesn't take up much space, but still provides enough light. I recommend it to anyone who needs under cabinet lighting or wants to illuminate a dark corner.
