I have been using this product for 7 weeks as directed on the bottle. It seemed to cause a slight gut upset, but I kept taking it, thinking my body would have to adjust. It only got worse until I developed fairly bad diarrhea (which I rarely even get mildly) which lasted about 5 days. I stopped taking this product and the diarrhea went away after about 2 days. The symptoms started within 2 days of starting this product and culminated in a fairly severe case of diarrhea after 7 weeks. I haven't had any weight loss in 7 weeks despite increasing my training level from maybe a mile a day to an average of just over 5 miles a day. Based on the product label and advertising, I should at least lose some weight, but I'm the same weight as when I first started taking Forskolin. I lost 1.5 inches in my waist but the exercise toned me, not Forskolin. Use at your own risk.
