Review on πŸ”Œ Realistic Motorized Rotating Electric Toys for Toddlers by Jon Thompson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well designed functional fire engine

When I decided to buy a toy fire engine for our grandson I read all the many reviews that were posted for several other fire engines. I chose this particular manufacturer based on my choice of strength, reliability, performance and realism. I gave it an average rating for durability and strength since it's still new. Revain's marketing graphics also contributed to this purchase decision. Her photos of the fire truck, as well as written descriptions of how this toy works, convinced me that I had made the right decision. The car arrived today for our 19 month old grandson. After getting my grandson's attention, I pulled the fire truck out of hiding and held it in my hands and called him. When he saw the fire truck a big smile appeared on his face as he approached me with open arms! He held it in his arms like it was his favorite friend! I only showed our grandson how to use the buttons once and then he knew exactly what to do! He "chased" it on the ground, making an engine noise with his voice, and ended up in a toy harbor! To be honest, after opening the box I wanted to keep it to myself and play with it! I have to say that I was very impressed with the packaging. The fire truck comes in a box with a large Cellafane window. In the background is the cityscape. I carefully opened each end of the box in case I had to send it back. Surprisingly, the bottom of the fire truck was attached to an insert with two quarter-turn plastic latches that secured to the bottom of the vehicle, which is quite impressive. I removed these fasteners and set them aside. Then I was able to carefully pull the motor out of the container. Before that, I took the opportunity to test the toy myself. Turning it over I realized the strip would allow the batteries to power the toy so I pulled it out all the way. I noticed that there are some usage tips on the bottom of one of the leaflets. One showed how to fill the water tank for the fire hose on the top ladder. I also noticed that the toy's designer incorporated a quarter turn handle that allowed the water tank to be removed when rotated, good technique here. When it was full, I took it to the sink and pushed the big button at the top center. . In fact, a fairly powerful jet of water hit the sink; it worked well! Then I started experimenting with knobs and controls on the sides of the motor. All worked, made realistic fireman sounds and flashing lights on either side of the engine. At the same time, cabinet doors opened on one side to reveal realistic looking tools. With a slight forward thrust forward, the front wheels became motorized and the engine raced across the ground with sirens blaring and lights flashing! This fire engine can do everything! Needless to say, this is the toy fire truck you have to choose! The top button controls the fire hose. On one side is a lever that activates sounds and front-wheel drive when you gently push the top of the cab forward. The medallions on each side also turn on sirens and lights when pressed.)
