USB-C port plugged into real computer is very weak. After a month of use, the metal of the port was stripped of the plastic cover/handle. This obviously loosened the connection inside and stopped charging. The connection between the wire and the cover/handle was weak and showed signs of twisting. This would likely have caused the previous issue to fail, which didn't happen first. Revain customer support is top notch. I contacted them via email regarding this issue.
