The necklace came in a nice box, with information about the product and measures to take if the stone falls out. The play itself is absolutely amazing and got a lot of compliments on it, but as soon as I got in the car after the event I blew it off. It was so uncomfortable and scratchy. The back of the necklace is covered in felt to protect your skin from metal parts, but there is nothing to protect your chest from the edges of the material. I would wear it again. But I'll rub some rubbing rub around it and see how it goes.
