Fun retro skirt: my feedback
The material is a silky satin feel. This white skirt has a 2nd layer underneath and unlike some skirts, it's actually full and bouncy too!There is elastic on the waist. The tie in the back is a nice touch.I'm not usually a polka-dot person but I love this skirt. Definitely work the buy!
