Solid towel rail, but with design flaws. First, even though three bars had to be installed, the holes for the bottom bar were not cut properly, making it impossible to screw in the third bar. My towel rail now has two rods instead of three. Although the hanging piece has rubber under the hooks to soften it, the "legs" touching below don't, meaning it bangs loudly against the glass shower door before I tape the neoprene strips to it. Finally, the tips of the rod aren't rounded at all, which means it takes a little force for the towels to pull the rod out of the shower. It's solidly built but has obvious design flaws.
