This rope was perfect for my outdoor landscaping application, and much cheaper than another supplier I've used prior to finding Sgt. Knots. I've seen some reviews that criticize the fact that this rope is "plastic" and doesn't tie knots as well as "real" rope. Well, they're right: it is plastic, but the words "Polypropylene Cord" in the product title should have been their first clue (polypropylene=plastic).The qualities of polypropylene rope (which are also listed in the title, as "Moisture, UV, and Chemical Resistant") are the reasons I choose this product over natural fiber rope. This ProManilla from Sgt. Knots looks great, will last much longer, is priced very competitively, and arrives very quickly after ordered.
