As other reviews have pointed out, this does not allow the controller to be charged via the Wii U's official charging dock. I ended up cutting off the bottom so the lid could slide over the dock and charge the controller again. -1 star. The material warps in some areas of the touchscreen. The fit is good but not perfect and requires more precision. -1 star. The price would have been good if it allowed charging, but since I had to cut off part of it to mount the charging pad, I can't say I got my money's worth. -1 star. The material itself is comfortable to hold. The buttons are slightly recessed in the cutouts, but not enough to cause any serious problems. This is not a waste of money. I will still use it but don't recommend it unless you charge your gamepad in a way other than the charging dock.
