Terribly difficult. Don't use!
I bought a set of small toothbrushes for my cats. They are too hard to use in the animal's mouth. I am an LVT and my husband is a DVM. We both agree that the bristles are too hard. I used one on one of my cats before testing it for stiffness. I feel terrible. He was clearly uncomfortable and his gums were bleeding because of it. I recommend purchasing the kit from your veterinarian as an educational product. These brushes are terrible.
