Great Solution if You Use Many Types Of Products
The fact that it has a free 14 day demo is an awesome feature. The customer service has been great and I have always received fast responses from them. It is very easy to use and requires less than 10 mouse clicks to get things done. It looks like it supports XML but when you start creating your profiles for your customers/partner organizations, its not quite as intuitive as some other solutions out there. If you're looking at Transus to expand your product line to include EDI then go ahead. If you only need a few simple products in one area of EDI then maybe look at OpenText or Sage X3. We have several different products in our organization that are now connected via EDI.
