I thought I could get the same hair as the model in the picture. very funny! I made my husband laugh as I twisted my hair (when it was wet) and let it dry for several hours. Let's just say my husband almost fell on the floor when I pulled out the reels and laughed at me for looking like Shirley Temple on a Good Ship lollipop! My hair has been fine and thin since I was in my 60's and have been highlighting my hair for at least 26 years so I don't hold curls well. These rollers did the job if you want a tight, frizz-free curl, but I wanted a more relaxed look and these are very small rollers. SO. I put 3 of these together while curling my DRY hair and this is what I came up with. The body was amazing and with hairspray it lasted most of the night. I would like to see a giant soft roller. Then I could roll up my wet hair and MAYBE get the look the model is showing off?
