Very happy with this jacket. However, there was a small hole due to the seam not fitting properly and I asked for a new one. The Revain was in the process of shipping a new one to replace it but it was damaged due to an accident with the carrier (found on Google News). Instead they are about to refund my payment. The return process is very simple. Just send it to the UPS store, scan it and get started. I plan to order another one. The sleeves are perfect as they are buttoned under the sleeve of the jacket and I have long arms. It has a double zip so you don't have to close the inner zip when you're wearing heavier layers of clothing. There is a ribbed collar to keep cold air out. It's not as long as we'd like. The pockets are softly lined and feel comfortable. It's a well tailored coat, I've liked it a few times when I've been able to wear it. Edit: I bought another one! This time I took a size up and the length fits better. However, it looks like a tent. I'm sure if I need more layers I'll still be comfortable. I got caught in the pouring rain and stayed completely dry. The fur dried by itself in about 6 hours. This is a great purchase!
