Review on Premium Mahogany Document Frame: Showcase 8.5x11 Inch Diploma with Mat & 11x14 Inch Certificate, Artwork, Photos, Achievements, and Degrees by Nadine Glaser

I've finally got my bachelor's degree. I was planning to buy a good quality frame but will save until I get my master's degree. I wanted a frame that was affordable but at least of decent quality. Overall, this frame is of decent quality. I wouldn't say it's of good quality; for two reasons: 1) there appears to be a blister/dent on one end of the tree (see image); 2) Wood looks cheap and scratches easily. Another problem is that the frame does not fit standard 8.5 x 11 inch documents. The description says "Size: 8.5" x 11" Document frame with passepartout." and misleading. As you will see in my photos, the general matting of the frame cuts off some parts of the university seal and university name. This was a big disappointment because my school colors are blue and yellow. Problem with only one mat where my finish was on top of the mat so it looks flat and not like a bezel After a compromise the bezel and my finish looked good, not as good as I wanted. There's a nice mount on the back, and you can leave it on the built-in stand if you prefer. All in all, if you don't want to spend too much on a frame, this is a worthwhile purchase. Will i buy it again? No, mainly because there were blister/dent defects on the frame and the mat dimensions were incorrect, resulting in the seal and university name being cut off. Save time and buy from another seller/company that offers slightly better quality as well as a more accurate frame description.
