Enough storage space in the front pocket. I liked that it has retractable handles, but I was expecting them to be more durable - they aren't out of the same fabric as the case. The handles feel a little "tight" when in use. I also wish it could slip over the handle of a suitcase so it would be secure when traveling due to the size and weight of a 17" laptop I didn't think I would miss this particular feature because of the shoulder strap, but the reality is I won't attach the strap to my laptop when I travel and come across it with every step - it's a lot easier to put the cover on on the suitcase handle and know that it is protected from falling and tipping over.
