This tutu fits as expected and has colorful lights. My biggest complaint is that the pack rips around the waist after one use. So the current thoughts are: if you need it for a one-time use, get it, but don't expect it to last long!

- Perfect for Halloween costumes or ballet dances.
Cons
- Very small for a child or toddler. Made cheap. Batteries are not included, for the price you should afford it. Do not buy.
