I like that they have both phone/remote options so you can choose what works best for your schedule, or if it is something simple such as password resetting then remote access would be great! Sometimes there are issues with their support team not responding right away - but overall we do get good assistance when needed :) Have an issue? Go to live chat & ask questions about how things work before calling in techs- sometimes those answers aren't all clear until someone hands them over via video call / screen share etc.- saves time waiting around while talking through problem details by text message (or worse) only to find out later after getting disconnected from customer's service rep who had already left :). We use this primarily at my job where our customers require us being able to help remotely often times due to COVID situation. This allows me flexibility during hours of operation because most clients don’t mind working outside normal business hrs which helps.
