My daughter and I tried this and had the same problems. It just doesn't pull big and thick hair. I have sensitive, dry, fair skin and my daughter has less sensitive and more oily skin. We both washed the areas we were working with with soap and dried them completely first (even after towel drying, let them air dry for half an hour. We followed the directions for use, so we'll just have to assume that it's not as strong as we are). We tried it on the legs and bikini line, it just didn't pull the hair out very well. It can pull out several, but it takes 3-4 passes to clean one area. If you use this on small, thin hair, e.g. B. in the face of the forearm, it seems to work a little better.
