So easy to use and ALMOST painless.

Great set! I love how easy it is to use. There are small spatulas in the kit that I use for eyebrows. I never had such control over my brow wax until I tried this kit. The sugar wax formula is very gentle on my sensitive skin. I didn't get as red and irritated as I used to with hot wax formulas in the past. I also like that I don't have to put so much effort into epilating. I just prep the skin, squeeze out the wax and it's ready in no time.

I was unlucky and it leaked through the box on arrival!

I'm not a waxing expert but I know how to read and follow directions and I don't know why this kit didn't work on my body hair but I know I did the steps correctly. Another issue was that it arrived at my house with a slight leak through the box. I don't know why, but it was all sticky as soon as I touched the box. It wasn't missing much, so it wasn't a terrible event, I'm just celebrating it. The reason I gave this product two stars was because it REALLY ripped out two chin hairs that I had…

Nothing for beginners! Best in Waxing

Definitely not for the first home user. I burned my right thumb and something splashed on my right and left feet after heating for 1 minute. It was a disaster! Be careful when heating as it will burn. I've had blisters for a week now and they're still healing. I had to throw everything away because I don't want to use it anymore. Not for thicker hair

My daughter and I tried this and had the same problems. It just doesn't pull big and thick hair. I have sensitive, dry, fair skin and my daughter has less sensitive and more oily skin. We both washed the areas we were working with with soap and dried them completely first (even after towel drying, let them air dry for half an hour.
