It was a mess. The instructions were easy to follow. It's easy to use. However, it makes a mess. Because its wax is difficult to clean. If I continued to use the product I would do it in my garden so I don't have anything to clean. The wax removed my hair, but not all of it, and I had to do multiple passes.
