The pump works and the electrical connection matches the factory plug, which is very convenient. The supplied rubber grommet is not good. The standard cuff has a large lip for a very effective seal. The one that comes with this pump has virtually no lip. I had my doubts about the seal, so before installing it in the car I filled the tank and gave it a little shake to simulate driving. Of course there was a slow leak with the supplied gasket. Changed to the factory socket and everything is ok. I guess the spout strainer is a nice addition to the standard strainer, but it's not really needed unless you're dumping gravel in the tank, and it doesn't matter as it doesn't seal properly. Bushing that comes with this pump and reuse the factory bushing and you'll be fine.
