My hair fell out in clumps!
DO NOT buy this item. After following the instructions exactly, my hair fell out in clumps in the shower. Very creepy. This has never happened no matter what product I've used at home or in the salon. It wasn't a little natural hair loss after coloring, it was the way I ran my fingers through my hair while shampooing, rinsing and using conditioner. I left with so many clumps of hair I couldn't stop rinsing with water. Should have read the negative reviews. BEWARE!
