Extremely disappointed ☹️

I just received mine today, the needles keep bouncing and they are not strong enough to withstand the pressure of putting them into the hair follicles.! No attachments could be retrieved. Mind you I bought an extra separate pair! ALL NEEDLES ARE VERY WEAK, UNSTABLE AND WILL HOLD BACK IN. .I am very disappointed .It is possible to make the needles stronger and more stable in the attachment point
