We have a mother cat and four kittens. They like to compete to see who can scratch the farthest and throw the garbage out of the bin onto the ground. Before using this rug, I had another rug next to the tray that we kept in our little half of the bathroom. Despite the garbage mat next to the tray, the garbage was still on the bathroom floor. So I put this rug in the bathroom and it works so much better! The honeycomb pattern is brilliant, it catches dirt and you can walk on it without feeling the padding under your feet. Twice the size of other rugs, this rug catches even the tiniest litter, no matter how many olympic games are throwing rubbish. Definitely worth your money!
