I did not get what I was expecting.

I have bought an ORCISH Hose Reel before, in fact I still have it. I bought this thinking I was going to get the same product, but it was not the case. It looks very similar but it doesn't have a brand name anywhere on the hose reel, not even in the manual, which is just a piece of paper. Second, when I bought my first ORCISH Hose Reel, it came with 1x 9 Patterns Hose Nozzle, 2 Hose quick connectors, mounting bracket, wall mounting screws and anchors, manual and warranty card. This one only came with the nozzle, the mounting bracket, only one hose quick connector and the manual, no mounting hardware which I will have to buy it separate as well as the other hose quick connector. I have not used it yet. I hope I won't have any more surprises.
