I did not get what I was expecting.

I have bought an ORCISH Hose Reel before, in fact I still have it. I bought this thinking I was going to get the same product, but it was not the case. It looks very similar but it doesn't have a brand name anywhere on the hose reel, not even in the manual, which is just a piece of paper. Second, when I bought my first ORCISH Hose Reel, it came with 1x 9 Patterns Hose Nozzle, 2 Hose quick connectors, mounting bracket, wall mounting screws and anchors, manual and warranty card. Works like a champ! Sturdy mounting. Mounted this in the garage. Will probably buy another for the back yard. Includes two nozzles (plastic).

Works great for my opinion

Easy to put up and it works really well. The hose extends well and then easily retracts to make a normal chore quick and simple.

Great product but plastic nozzle only lasted a few months. But the rest of the design is great!

Love this thing it works great!

I haven’t used it a lot but the times I have I love it! It detracts like it should and comes with 2 spray nozzles that are quick release and don’t have to be screwed on and off each time. A good hose cost almost as much as this does so why not treat yourself?

It works for now! - my new review

Been using this product for around 2 months and it works well. Overall it feels pretty cheap, but it's getting the job done for now. The leader part of the hose didn't come with a rubber gasket of any kind so it leaked right out of the box until I found one for it.

Don’t pull out all the hose .

Everything works good but I pulled out all the hose One time and the retractable got damage And never rolled back the hose.fortunately this selle is very responsible and they sent me a refund .

Good buy sprayer and nozzle cheap plastic

The production ct is very convenient. Strong retraction action. The only thing I dislike are the nozzles. Very flimsy and feels extremely cheap. The spray head won’t stay on at all.

Poor quality - my new review

Poor quality. Internal reel does not work any longer. Broke within 3 months of installation with minimal use. The hose reel takes up a lot of space on the wall, making it unsightly.

Functions but cheap quality

Designed well, however seems to be made very cheap. Using it you want to be careful, feels like it would break very easy. The hose nozzle falls off frequently and is difficult to reattach!

Cheap but somewhat fixable

Looks great, but next to worthless.very thin hose is always kinking, especially when turning corners.i bought two.one is still "working", the other I finally installed today and came out a few hours after installing to find the plastic connection to the spigot failed (on the hose end, not the spigot end) and water was flowing everywhere.thankfully I caught within hours, otherwise it could have been spewing water for days. Do not buy his is junk

Works surprisingly well

I installed this in our back yard to remove the trip hazard of always having the hose on the ground. Our backyard is 60' wide, so the 66' hose is the perfect length. After each use, it neatly rolls back up. There are bristles that clean the hose from dirt on its way back into the coil.

Hose is leaking and auto retract is not working

I bought it in the winter but never used it, In summer when I try to use it,1. The adaptor which connects to valve is plastic and it's leaking.2. It is also not retracting after I pulled out complete tube.I can't return it since it is out of return window. I am looking to buy another one. Waste of money.

Cheap made product best in my review

This looked like it had already been opened and returned once. Everything was shoved in the box. When I finally got it hooked up it leaked everywhere. I checked to make sure the rubber washers were present, which they were. Tightened everything again and it still leaked. Returned it the next day.

I plugged in the hose reel and it leaks inside the plastic housing.I bought a better reel from ace hardware and it does not leak.

After waiting for construction to finish we finally got to hang the water hose it does not work it will not retract once you pull it out
