My 23 month old daughter wears a size 6.5 to 7 depending on the brand I ordered a size 7 as she has other size 7 shoes. It was too big for my daughter. The 7 for this brand is more like a 7.5 or even an 8. Everything is fine except for the size. I DON'T KNOW WHEN SHE CAN BECOME A MEMBER. BUT I KEEP IT.
