Hinges and clasps are fine. The fixing is terrible
If you hit anything stronger than jaws you'll need new screws. I pre-drilled the holes and still couldn't get the screws into the oak. Luckily I had some extra brass screws lying around and they made it so I could attach the latch and hinges. Also, there is more play in the hinges than I would like, but given the price, that's to be expected. The latch fit very well.
