Dewalt does NOT support its warranty. Ignoring an official, formal request for warranty assistance.

Broken handle. 1.5 months home use. Talked to Dewalt about the warranty. . I kind of filed a lawsuit. Submitted Photos. DEWALT DOESN'T EVEN ANSWER. ACCORDINGLY, I PHONE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN PURCHASING THIS LINE OF PRODUCTS. LOTS of flaws in the physical design of the product. There doesn't seem to be any warranty support.

Love this tool organizer system

Love this system! I bought all the solid system boxes and wall shelves. Turned them into a van shelving system. This is by far the best setup I've used in my van. I am a skilled craftsman/repairer. I don't know how to make the van more economical other than tweaking a bit and using the space behind the boxes. I added some folding brackets on one side to make room for larger packages. Great job Dewalt!

broken handle; DeWalt doesn't care.

I had a DWST08202 tool box with a clear lid that sat on top of a large tool box - about 18 inches off the floor. I hit him and he fell. Pen I would be willing to buy a pen but DeWalt does not sell it as a separate item. DeWalt's only response was that I could give them the whole box back and they'd appreciate it. If they think the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, they will replace it. Of course I have no intention of returning it. I just see it leading to frustration and shipping costs…

I ordered a very large, large and small after carefully studying several storage systems. The reason for the two star rating is the complete failure of the small case, which is probably what I'll be using the most.
