Cheap. Reliable.

Both the bulb and ballast work literally perfectly. I hate fake reviews. I feel like they're very common these days. But this article gets my approval.

Pros

Function: Provides the required voltage when the lamp is opened and regulates the electrical current of the lamp when it is lit.
