I like that this software is very user friendly as it has almost all features you can think about from an e-commerce perspective, including sales reporting/inventory management & analytics etc., to customer relationship monitoring through social media integrations (Facebook). The pricing model could be better for SME market segment - there should come more options where users pay per usage instead only paying once at signup or purchase price point. It helps our business by allowing us to track orders throughout their journey within store till they are delivered / picked up at home thus ensuring timely deliveries hence increasing delivery efficiency.
