The product did not work from the moment of receipt. The pump takes 10 hours to charge and can't be used while charging so I charged it for 10 hours as instructed and you know what? That does not work. For $27 this should be a pretty reliable pump. Also, as you read further, it becomes clear that this is a very impractical and inconvenient device, even if it works, because the instructions won't let it turn on due to possible battery damage (since I want it to be ready when needed). . Also, there is a very short return window which I missed by a day. Eventually I contacted the company to let them know that their pump never worked and they replied that the replacement would take a very long time.
