I bought it for my city and country in 2012 with the understanding that I can program it myself. Turns out you can't! First, older Town & Countrys seem like you can program them if you have two good keys (if I had two good keys I wouldn't need a replacement!). For AGB 2012, however, they must be programmed by the retailer. Our local used car dealership (where we bought the van from) programmed and cut the inserted keys for $45 (for both, not each). Both work great so now I have 3 keys!
