Review on Black Box Network Services by Dana Mahendra

The customer service at black box has been great! They are willing to go above and beyond their normal services agreement to help with issues or questions that arise throughout our network infrastructure implementation project. Their level of expertise makes them an invaluable partner during this process as well. I have no complaints about how they've worked with us so far. We're currently using several different equipment vendors within Cisco's portfolio including Arris (our primary switch), MikroTik routers & switches, Juniper firewalls and some wireless devices such as AirCard cards from Apple. The ability to remotely log into my server from any location with no lag or issues at all! I can't think of anything that could be improved about this product as it has been flawless since we purchased our first box over 2 years ago now!! It's great knowing you don’t have someone physically sitting behind your computer when working away - especially if they are travelling overseas (which happens quite often!).
