Review on πŸ”§ Makita XFD03Z Cordless Drill with Lithium Ion Technology by Daniel Jackson

Makita Muscle Good for Power Tools

This is my fourth Makita 18v drill and I also have several other Makita 18v tools. so I'm not sure if I can add anything else. The torque to weight ratio of all their drills is top notch, the reliability, build quality and battery technology are superior in my opinion. The only downside is that the placement of the LED light tends to be slightly blocked and doesn't shine directly on the work area or target. I wish it had hammer action, but I knew that when I bought it. The next model has it and costs a few euros more. I was on a budget and it fitted perfectly. I wish Makita would put a higher model cartridge on this one that has a stiffer or stronger grip. The fine grip pattern on this cartridge is good, but it feels like it will slip in your hand when tightened. A very, very small quark that I'm sure just annoys me. This is a great product from Makita and I would buy one again anytime.

Pros
  • Drill
Cons
  • Wrinkled Pack
