How to color acrylic felt with this product.

Works great on 100% acrylic felt. Materials I used in the coloring process; A clean aged stainless steel 8 liter pot with lid, Laytex gloves, long wooden stir stick. Then a clean bucket after rinsing the items and then Woolite for washing. It's best if you (1) bring the water to a boil first in a large saucepan that you will never use for cooking. (2) Then add emulsifier to boiling water. Water(3) Then put material into boiling water. A NOTICE. This product has a very strong smell when cooking, so I recommend you leave all windows open. (4) Put the colored cube in the bag in a separate plastic container first. Just add cold water. Leave in this plastic container for a few minutes. I let the mixture mix with the water so the paint floats to the surface of the water. (5) I then carefully poured ONLY the paint, which mixed well with the water, into the boiling water, NOT the heavy residue that is at the bottom of the container. (6) After that, I threw away the heavy debris on the ground along with the plastic container. Why? It has been found that the finished felt does not crumble into powder when removing the thick residue and does not rub the paint off any surface after drying! The color of the fabric reaches its maximum lightness/darkness within 40 minutes. I didn't need the heavy residue! (7) After 40 minutes I took the pot outside and carefully poured the water into the grass and, wearing gloves, carefully transferred the felt squares to a clean plastic bucket to wash off excess paint. (8) Rinse each piece of fabric until there is no color left in the water. (9) Repeatedly rinsed each square of fabric in the sink until I was sure the paint was no longer dripping. (10) Then I washed each square with water. more water and Woolite and always washed everything thoroughly. NO FLOWER IS LOST ON THE FABRIC! (11) Squeezed the water out of the fabric, then ironed each piece under/in a damp, clean linen towel with a very hot iron until everything was flat and wrinkle free. The final product looked like it was bought in a store! Clean new and no smell after drying! Wonderful, wonderful product, highly recommended!
