That's why I don't write many reviews, but every now and then you get a product that blows your mind. That's the topic. Well built, with a clean body design, simple controls, and most importantly, excellent customer service. I received this product for Christmas and have tried to set it up to no avail. Then I wrote an email to the customer support address. To be honest, I was prepared for a horrible experience (long sentences/excuses/well, you got it wrong). To my great surprise, within a few hours I received an email apologizing for the problems and I was constantly emailed back and forth until the problem was resolved. Over 45 emails per week. They informed me of possible troubleshooting issues, provided spare parts overnight and maintained the highest level of professionalism. After getting my device working at optimal performance, they ordered a new device for me to no avail and paid for shipping to return the failed device. useless. To my surprise they went beyond standard customer service and printed and included a soap box for my wife. That may not seem like much, but it just goes to show the personal care factor on the part of this company and the team that builds it. We will continue to support and recommend this product and company to anyone looking for a great experience.
