Not sure how to rate it yet, I only started taking it 4 days ago so will update the weight loss results in about a month, I've lost 4 pounds already, but I also felt bloated before. But I really wanted to talk about my previous experiences. The product was delivered very quickly, well packaged and the pills appear to be fresh. I noticed that some reviews said their pills feel old and sticky, maybe they are in a damp place? Besides what I love about them is that they taste literally like nothing, I hate pills that make me sick. They are very easy to swallow, I take all 3 at once with a bottle of water. They seem to be easy to digest, I haven't had any problems with indigestion or anything like that. Another thing I've read is that it ruins some people's sleep even though they don't have a stim but they don't do it to me at all, I work nights and need the sleep I have, luckily they interfere himself not.
